We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  2. Manage the company’s social media presence and digital advertising.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
  5. Organize promotional events, product launches, and campaigns.
  6. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  7. Build relationships with media and industry influencers.
  8. Assist in budget planning and marketing expenditure tracking.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Familiarity with marketing software and online analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing tools).

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  1. Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  2. Video editing basics
  3. Content writing or copywriting experience
  4. CRM or email campaign tool experience (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)

Salary: As per market standard

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
